January 11th, 2018. Sydney Thunder will be facing Perth Scorchers in their home ground, Sydney Showground in Sydney on Thursday. Both of these teams have shared their squad. Sydney Thunder has added three players to the squad to make it stronger while Perth Scorchers has removed three in form players from their squad. So let’s check out the squad first.



Shane Watson©, Fawad Ahmed, Callum Ferguson, Andrew Fekete, Chris Green, Jay Lenton, Usman Khawaja, Arjun Nair, Mitch McClenaghan, Kurtis Patterson, Ben Rohrer, Gurinder Sandhu, James Vince.


James Vince, Usman Khawaja and Jay Lenton has been added to the squad for next game while Ryan Gibson and Aiden Blizzard has been removed.


Adam Voges ©, Ashton Agar, Cameron Bancroft, Will Bosisto, Tim Bresnan, Hilton Cartwright, Tim David, Mitchell Johnson, Matthew Kelly, Michael Klinger, Haydan Morton, Joel Paris, Ashton Turner


Cameron Bancroft, Tim Bresan, Mathew Kelly are added to the squad for the next game and Jhye Richardson, Andrew Tye, David Willey has been removed.


This ground will be favouring Sydney Thunder as it’s their home ground. They also have a good opportunity in their hand to win this game since 3 in form players has been given rest from opponent’s team. On the plus side they have added in form James Vince and a wicket keeper batsman Jay Lenton to balance their team. Usman khwaja is another batsman who can come up in the order to utilise power play and give Sydney Thunder a good start.
